How to handle bad breath (halitosis) from garlic

Garlic is a spice that could make your meal taste delicious. After enjoying a tasteful meal spiced up by garlic, one is faced lasting pungent smell otherwise known... some call it halitosis. Your sweat equally tends to having a garlicky smell. One of the compounds in garlic - allyl methyl sulphide (AMS) - cannot be chemically broken down during digestion. This causes the compound to be released from the body through breath and sweat.

Apples help in deodorizing the enzymes in garlic.
Researchers have revealed to us how natural foods can help us eliminate this unpleasant smell.
Apple (polyphenols found in apples break down the smelly sulfur compounds), green tea, parsley spinach and lemon juice will do the magic - The acidity of lemon juice may also help the deodorizing process.) Some mint could also do some help too... You can add milk as it can greatly reduce concentrations of the chemicals that give garlic its long-lasting smell.

A small glass of mil, about 200ml can reduce the presence of allyl methyl sulphide  on the breath by almost 50 per cent,
Smile on with confidence...
